Baltimore's saintly, serial killer Jungle, attempts to protect the innocent residents of the inner city community from the sinister playboy/pimp, Lucien Valentino, a biological terrorist whose weapon is a deadly std known as 'HIV5X', which kills it's host shortly after sexual intimacy. To make matters worse, a crazed bunch of psychopathic groupies are murdering citizens in homage to his past work. With his beloved city quickly slipping into mayhem, Baltimore's unforgiving angel of death once again begins his ominous stalking of the nocturnal, ghetto streets in search of perhaps his most formidable foes ever. However this time will his grisly brand of street justice be enough to save his city... or himself?.
