Izzy's exuberant faith could awaken a sleepy town.

Isobella de la Rosa never expected such drama in small-town Mayhill, Nebraska. But she finds it the day fireman Parker Strickland enters her library to return fifteen long-overdue books. Book number sixteen happens to be a private journal-and in verifying its own ownership, Izzy inadvertently reads the first paragraph. I can make it through today, but I'm not sure about tomarrow.

Izzy's heart goes out to the solemn firefighter, a man separated from God and all alone. Izzy never planned to stay long in Mayhill, but what time she has can be spent showing Parker that Someone greater that her walks by his side.
