Ishi

At age three, Isabella (Ishi) Katz gets lost across the border fence from West Germany into East Germany. Raised by new adoptive parents in the East, memories of Ishi's past soon slip away, and she grows unaware that she had any other childhood. After losing their child-and having lived a life of crime and espionage in the Middle East-Ishi's biological parents reached a crisis, fled and disappeared. They carried with them invaluable intelligence data. Years later, discovering the daughter living as in a small German town, intelligence agencies begin to intrude into her life. Their goal: to find - and reveal - those parents. And so, at the age of eighteen, when she is busy exploring romance and all the things that normally surround a bright, beautiful eighteen-year-old girl, brutal pressures fall upon her. Pressures that will mean heart-rending decisions for Ishi.
