On the last day of her junior year at Lesterville High, Charysse DiGregorio gets a letter that changes her life: an invitation to take the one coveted spot in the senior class at the prestigious Eichorn High School in Wakefield, Massachusetts. When Charysse captures the interest of class heartthrob Shane McKenna, she makes an enemy of classmate Mackenzie Cole. Mackenzie's hostility escalates into a cruel prank with repercussions that show the young geniuses that intelligence requires more than good grades, and true friendship leaves nothing to the imagination.
