About This Book

Science lessons at Miss Plazenby's Extremely Exclusive Seminary for Girls were never going to be ordinary and when the head science mistress decided to experiment with an intuitive sponge and water infused with intelligent salt the slightest mistake resulted in disaster. At first the aftermath seemed positive. The school cleaners were pleasantly puzzled to find the place remarkably devoid of dust as if something else was doing their work for them. Then it was discovered the accident had resulted in dust mice infesting the whole building and they were very organised, almost intuitive in the way they stealthily crept about the school. Being more of a nuisance than anything else, or so it seemed, both pupils and teachers eventually sought ever more bizarre ways of eliminating the living dusty pests, until one gentle soul found a dance routine might be the answer. Yet the whole incident raised the more profound and moving question on what truly constitutes life and who has the right to end it.
