What civilization has feared most since Hitler is about to happen: deadly technology reaching the hands of a madman. His name: Ahmed Faisal Khan. The unstable dictator of the United Islamic Republic has come into possession of advanced missile technology. All he needs to be completely invulnerable to counterattack is a missing scrambler component, believed to be in the possession of a renegade technology guru who invented the device--and who has sold out to Khan.
