Innocent Murder

On the beat with showbiz detective Stella Pentangeli and enigmatic homicide cop Ng, this gripping and satirical thriller finds Investigator Ng and Stella working different sordid corners of the criminal underworld. Ng's case is one of triad gangs, sex slavery, and murder, while Stella's appears to be a showbiz trifle in which she must discover who is stealing plotlines from the hugely successful soap The Young and the Naked and selling the information to a rival network. The cases savagely collide when Stella is tortured by triad members seeking revenge on Ng. Now, in order to exact the justice he desires, Ng may have to commit a few crimes of his own to get the dirty job done.
