Ink: a gift unknown

When Ali Snow first discovers a strange mark on her arm upon her eighteenth birthday, she tries to dismiss it as an innocent stain. However when the mark returns, her suspicions quickly deepen. She reaches out for help from her grandfather, but his unexpected death leaves Ali to face the mystery alone.

Each time the mark returns, Ali is haunted further by the foreign symbols she searches to understand while carefully hiding it from those around her. She manages to keep her secret safe until one night someone sees more than expected, and Ali soon learns there’s more to the mark than the mere ink upon her skin.

For with the mark comes the darkness to destroy, or the power to protect, but only if she accepts it for the gift it really is.
