Advice columnist Keith is great at fixing other people's problems, but his own sex life is dead. Every day when he looks out his office window, he sees gorgeous lifeguard Tucker on duty and dreams about being Tucker's guy.

Dressed as a fallen angel, Keith attends a Halloween party. Looking drop-dead gorgeous in a glam rocker costume, Tucker approaches Keith to hook up. The lifeguard is hotter than the California sun and Keith knows he has fallen in love. He fears that confessing his feelings too fast will scare Tucker off.
