Victim no more. That's the motto by which Bellamy Mann lives her life. Witnessing a gruesome crime as a teenager changes the entire course of her life. Vance Madden is on the right side of the law. As a bounty hunter, he spends his days pursuing and apprehending fugitives. But years of training could have never prepared either of them for what happens when their paths cross at a Vermont diner one morning. Following the tense showdown, Vance seeks to uncover more about his counterpart, but she leaves before he has the chance. Drawn to more than Bellamy's gorgeous exterior, Vance doesn't give up. He knows that with persistence, he'll make progress. But there's a lot hidden beneath the surface of Bellamy's hardened heart.
