In Hot Pursuit

Black, virile Deputy Mike Crenshaw meets lovely Melanie Spencer in a broken down elevator. Tension sparks between them early on. He warns her of her atrocious driving habits, but she ignores him. She continues to apply make-up as she drives; narrowly escaping a car wreck, so he "arrests" her, a purely sensual experience. The deputy saves Melanie from her returning fugitive, ex-husband and takes her as his woman.
