Candle has lost his hearing one side. Unfortunately, right along with that, he also lost his team. As a soldier on the First Team in the Rocky Mountain Base, Candle is their explosives expert, one who loves his team. When he loses that touchstone, he finds himself lost and angry, experiencing some extreme panic attacks. Enter Dr. Charmaine Daniels, his ex. Kind of. If you could call three dates an ex. Either way, Candle left the good doctor hanging for another woman, a woman who hated his job and his team. A woman who also left him when he refused to leave his team. Charmaine, a full blown professional, puts her emotions aside and does what she does best, helps a fellow Base resident. But can Candle accept her conditions and allow her to help him overcome his instabilities?
