A crack Soviet scientist has invented a computer that can "think" like a human being. And the West sees the development as a lethal threat if this brilliant mind is allowed to remain in the U.S.S.R.

Disenchanted with the Russian brand of communism, the scientist wishes to defect. An old ally asks Mack Bolan to help spirit the electronic wizard out of Kiev, after sabotaging the computer.
