Legend says the planet Gemar once belonged to the Hoveni, a race of shapeshifters. Hoveni and Humans lived together in peace until the Set'ri decided to exterminate anything that didn't meet their definition of what a Human should be. Centuries later, descendants of the Set'ri throughout the Commonwealth still hunt the Hoven race. Kendle Fyx is a descendant of the leader of the Hoveni.
