It was a fabulous house of glass, strangely modern with the big beams that gave it the appearance of a child's building block. An innocent plaything on the beach. But from the moment pretty, red-haired Ivy McCall saw it, she was filled with terror she had never known.

Something evil had happened in that house one fog-shrouded night. Ivy knew it, feared it, and yet she found herself being drawn back there. She had to learn the truth about its savage mysterious owner. She had to prove to herself that she was not really in danger. But while she was trying to wash away a nightmare, something deep inside told her she had a date with death at the house on the beach....
