This is a story of a day in the life of a 5 star hotel. The names have been changed to protect the innocent â€" and to avoid expensive litigation!



These bizarre and chuckle-worthy events were pried from the actors with promises of vast amounts of cast, which sadly will never materialize.



This is one day Rob experienced from wake up to the end of his shift as a concierge in the Hotel and Leisure Industry.
