Ramsey Pierce is a man with a mission. But when he arrives in Providence, RI to close the unprofitable division of his family's toy manufacturing company, he somehow lands right in the middle of Rudolph's Island of Misfit Toys! Only the little elf in charge of this band of outcast turns out to be the gorgeous, full-figured office manager, Yvette Waters. It doesn't take long for the odd group of office workers to prove to Ramsey that the work they do – designing specialty toys for handicapped children - is work worth continuing. But how does Ramsey convince his family that the bottom line isn't all that matters?
