Penny Thatcher turned a successful modeling career into acting. Fleeing from a past she'd like to forget, she hides out in Las Vegas, acting in a recurring role on a television police drama. On a trip to Los Angeles, she bumps into handsome hunk, Mark Davis, literally. Mark, second-string quarterback for the Nevada Gamblers, had never seen a woman as gorgeous as Penny. Their quick meeting was over before he could catch more than her first name. He searched the Internet for her, to no avail. Mark meets Penny on a chance double blind date.
