Who was Marcy O'Bannon, and why was she poking her nose around where it didn't belong? Big-city cop-on-the-mend Nick Stoner wanted to know. Not that Marcy was breaking the law, but the cute writer was the best thing to hit the hick town of Joshua Junction since Nick had begun his stay there.
