      This story begins in 1930 during the Prohibition Era. Rodney Taylor and his family lived in "Hidden Creek." Rodney was a lawyer who later became a federal judge to help fight a moonshining operation in the Holmes and Walton county area of Florida. Charlie Peacock was the leader of this moonshining operation; he also was raised up with Rodney. Rodney and Charlie had a feud going because Rodney would not defend Charlie. The feud ended up with death for one of them...
