Life wasn't always logical…unfortunately!


Marcus Alfieri expected life to make sense.  Science and logic should apply to every situation.  He'd built a massive empire by doing just that and he had no plans to change that in the future. 


Until the beautiful Juliette arrived.  


Juliette is fascinated by Marcus' stoicism.  How could he walk down the street and not feel the joy in the sunshine?  How could he ignore the sounds of the grasshoppers and birds?  Or smile at the perfection of a flower?  More importantly, how could her mind and body crave a man who lived life by the numbers?  How could he make her feel like her body was on fire with just a touch?  She couldn't imagine spending her life with a man so illogically logical! 


Marcus was determined to show her that the non-sensical made perfect sense!
