Daniel Flannigan doesn't have the patience to play games. He's a serious firefighter and he has a problem with trumped up calls that take time and effort away from real emergencies. When a particularly sexy widow cries wolf once too often, he takes the call with the intention of teaching the woman a valuable lesson.
In the end, they might both be schooled when the heat rises, igniting a flame neither expected to burn.
