Healing Feelings

Healing Feelings brings hope for healing to children living with a grownup who is coping with a mental illness. The story helps children identifying feelings and helps children identify feelings their grown up may be having who are coping with a mental illness and how these feelings can impact a child and the family.  The book explores ways grownup's may receive help for healing their feelings with counseling and doctors.  The book explores how a child is not responsible for their grownup's feelings or mental health wellness. Healing Feelings opens up the opportunity to dialogue with children about this challenging topic.
