Hank Frost, the wise-cracking, one-eyed merc captain, is hired by the hot-tempered and incredibly desirable daughter of the assassinated patriarch of Miami's anti-Castro underground. The mission: cut the three-way connection between Havana, Columbia's M-19 terrorists and the Florida drug smugglers.
