HART & SOUL-PRIVATE INVESTIGAORS Bradford Soul, the male part of "Hart and Soul-Private Investigators", lives in his office on Fremont Street in Las Vegas. With no electricity or phone service, the private investigator sleeps on the floor of his office. He is constantly hoping that the building manager will someday get his name correct on the office door. Barely getting by financially, Brad lucks out when casino manager, Steve White, hires him to go to New York City to bring back to Vegas a couple of high-rollers. In New York, Brad meets Emily Hart, who picks him up at the airport. Emily helps him bring the Gleason sisters to Las Vegas. Eventually, Brad agrees to form a business partnership with Emily, who is licensed as a PI in the State of New York. The partnership of Hart and Soul are hired to locate a fugitive, Charles Ponsler, who has bilked the Gleason sisters and their friends out of vast sums of money. Thinking that Ponsler has fled to Key West, the partners head there to apprehend him. A big reward has been posted for Ponsler in the Key West newspapers and not only is Ponsler's ex-wife looking for him; but, so is a vast part of the town's population. They are forced to disguise Ponsler in order to get him out of town, while they encounter several more difficulties along the way. Emily Hart and Bradford Soul are starting to wonder if their partnership was really a good idea at all.
