When Mandy asks Rachel Farmer to look after a neighbor's guinea pigs, Rachel is thrilled. When her parents see how responsible she is, she's sure they'll let her have one of her own. But then Rachel loses one of the babies, and she's worried she'll never be allowed to have a pet!
