Guantanamo Break Out

A high value terrorist target has been captured and sent secretly to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba where he will stay until his trial. But was he captured or did he give himself up as part of some master plan? APTA, The Agency for the Prevention of Terrorism in America, is called in to make sense of several confusing pieces of information; the kidnapping of the President's son; Iran's initiation of the blocking of the Strait of Hormuz and the launch of a Soviet Sub from its moth balled fleet in the Kara Sea. Special Agent James Link and his team of Ted Mels, Stan Harding and wheel chair bound weapons guru Stuart Bays, search for clues eventually taking them to Iraq where they discover a plot to assassinate the President of the United States. A summit is called to discuss the free world's next moves concerning continuing assaults by terrorist factions. Can the terrorists use the meeting to gain what they need?
