3150 is the USA air force classification for an atomic weapons technician. When David Freeman completed his tour in the air force he wandered around America and Canada, finally ending in Australia. He decided that Australia was a peaceful quiet place to retire so he settled there. He never realized that he unwittingly became involved in a diabolical conspiracy that nearly brought down the governments of Australia and America. He had no choice, he was the only one that couldprevent another cold war. But just as he thought retirement would come after preventing another cold war, things took another turn when he reunites with a long-time friend that he served with.
