Eleven-year-old Luanna Porcello and best pal, Phoebe Chen, are having a great time at a birthday party, but their fun ends abruptly when Kelly Taylor raises the alarm over her missing goody bag. Kelly is convinced the treat has been stolen, and that Rachel Sorenson is the thieving culprit, but Rachel insists she's innocent.
