Good Gossip

On Joe's first night in the sleepy town of Ruby Shores, Washington, he unfortunately attracts some unwanted attention from the town's biggest gossip. Now he has to convince the rest of the townies that he's just an ordinary, everyday forest ranger sent by the government to count the dwindling population of the Spotted Owls in the Olympic Mountains. Little do they know he's actually there hunting something far more notorious. Abby Walton is back in town to bury her father and to find some resolutions to her troubling past. Trying to put behind the life she once shared with a man who vanished into thin air eleven years ago, Abby stumbles and bumbles her way into Joe's life, making things more complicated and more precarious than they both expected. Their two worlds entwine with dangerous sparks of attraction but more importantly, clues to what they are both looking hard to find. J.D. Tynan recently completed a screenplay based on one of her stories entitled, Port Brisby. She plans on writing more screenplays as well as releasing several more novels in the near future. J.D. is a bartender and waitress and lives with her husband, Jim, and children, James and Shea, in Vancouver, Washington.
