The massive privately owned TexOma Conglomerate of oil refineries and chemical plants in and around Dallas, Texas finds itself in the midst of change. The owner is retiring and leaving the entirety of the management to his daughter Cynthia Elaine Hayes who is only in her mid twenties. Suddenly the rich bitch has to undergo training in the corporate world beyond her Masters of Finance from Yale. Life gets real and with it comes a wary feeling about falling in love with anybody. There are gold diggers everywhere. Cynthia Elaine goes undercover as a lowly Safety girl in her own chemical plants to get to know their workings and her employees. What she uncovers will change her forever.
