Dillon Peter Matthews is not a nice boy. He bullies his little sister, Melissa. He bullies the smaller children at the bus stop. He is rude and disrespectful. He talks back to his parents and teachers. And he doesn't care about his grades. All he seems to care about are the fish in his aquarium. However, he is also the most popular boy at St. Mary's Elementary School due to his antics. But Dillon is about to discover the cost of that popularity. When he vandalizes his neighbor's house as a Halloween prank, the rambunctious ten-year-old soon realizes that he's no match for the elderly widow known in the neighborhood as the "Old Witch."
