ANOTHER YEAR. ANOTHER NEW ADDRESS....
Unlike most kids, Peter Hall loves to move. His family has lived all over the world, in places like Tokyo, Rome, Ghana, and Washington, D.C. He has seen things other kids could only dream of seeing....and his family has been with him every step of the way.

Now everything is changing. The Halls have moved to Boston—for good. Suddenly Peter's life is out of his control. His brother and sisters are leaving him behind. His cats are disappearing. And his mom and dad have important work to do. Or so they say.

For the first time in Peter's life, change is the enemy. It has him surrounded. And then the ghost cats arrive....
