Terry and Eddie live on Zesty Ranch. Eddie is a kindhearted soul who loves his ants. He meticulously cares for and protects each one of his 3,678 ants each and every day. Terry, his curmudgeonly best friend, thinks Eddie's affection for these not-so-cuddly little arthropods is grounds for Eddie to be checked into the Funny Farm. Life is grand on Zesty Ranch until one of the ants, Ant Scooter, comes up missing. Naturally, Eddie is beside himself and will not rest until Ant Scooter is found and back home safe and sound.Hilarity ensues.In the midst of the laughter, true friendship and selfless love are lived out before the reader.
