General Gordo's Strange Request

It seemed like every other normal day for Jose. Simple, really. All he had to do was performed the same daily tasks he had done for years as his country's dictator's personal aide. Well, those and the satisfy General Gordo's odd request on occasion.Just had to do all that, or risk being executed.Normal.And like any other normal day, he brought the General his favorite morning sandwich to eat in bed. Eat while General Gordo pondered aloud who would take over the country once he finally died from the cancer ravaging his body.Always pondering aloud, the General.Jose didn't care, of course. The General would die soon. Someone old and worse - or young and worse - would replace him. No one better ever came along to save the day. It's not the way stories ended for countries like his.Except Jose quickly finds out this is not a normal day for him or the General. The General has a very strange request. Jose learns the General has found a unique way to beat cancer, of all things. And it has everything to do with Jose.
