      About This Book

      This poem was written several years ago and was placed in a file to await an illustrator. Consider the joy when I realized my own daughter, Heather Layne Lewis (ne Smith), would be the very best person to fulfill this need. Her illustrations convey my ideas as if it were me wielding the brush.
