From Johannesburg with Love

After a lackluster first year at Carleton University in the City of Ottawa, Ontario, Jean-Luc Etienne ( the Toronto-born son of a wealthy French Canadian mother and Haitian immigrant father) finds himself bored. Impulsively Jean-Luc heads to the City of Johannesburg, South Africa, for a change of scenery. At the University of Johannesburg, Jean-Luc meets Frieda Von Friesen, the beautiful and fearless daughter of a wealthy Afrikaner couple. Sparks fly between them, but in post-Apartheid and newly integrated South Africa, a love like theirs is exceptionally dangerous. Can they overcome the sinister, prejudiced forces that target the two of them ? Only time will tell.
