Claire Smart married a james bennett, who is only after money, and it wasn't hers either, it had been left to him in a will by his late grandad, but the old man had put a clause in it, that James had to marry and be married for three years before he saw any of the money. So he picked Claire Smart, who i am sorry to say fell in love with him, he had no love for her, hit her if things weren't right, like his dinner not being on the table when he got in from work, he taught her a lesson he would say. Claire left him after a year, and fled to America, to hide out with her brother and start a new life with a new identity, Claire Bennett soon came to be Karaline Smith, now obviously her husband James Bennett wasn't going to let her get away with it..................
