Friends Forever

Daniel Diplomat and his wife Dr. Nancy Diplomat, and their 8 Diplomat children, are excited by the news that Daddy Diplomat has been appointed U.S. Ambassador to Zugeria where they will all spend the next 4 years living, working and playing. But one of the Diplomats is not thrilled---the youngest boy, Danny Jr. (DJ), doesn't want to leave his friend Little Toko (LT), of the Liggy mouse family that lives in the Diplomat residence, behind. To make matters worse, the absence of the Diplomat family could lead to doom for the Liggy family as they would have nothing to eat or a safe place to stay any longer. So, DJ and LT contrive to sneak the entire Liggy Mouse family across the Atlantic to Zugeria with the Diplomat family. The exotic land of Zugeria provides excitement and adventure aplenty for everyone, but ultimately the Liggy family is forced to return to America due to an illness one of LT's brothers comes down with. The journey back is even more harrowing than the trip over and when they finally reached New York harbor they discover that a sister, Alexis Liggy has been tragically lost somewhere along the way. What happened to her is a mystery that won't be solved until the Liggy and Diplomat families are reunited again and a surprise wedding and the birth of a son provides the canvas upon which the tales of The Diplomat Mouse may be relayed to a new generation!
