Friday Edborough dreamed of her very own Paris falling in love with her, a plain and bookish Helen of Troy. She couldn't have been more surprised when her father -- determined to see his daughter wed -- arranged a match with Nicolas Weare, who was as breathtaking as Paris himself! But the man had never shown more than friendship toward Friday.

As in most myths, a third party tried to stop the budding love between Nick and Friday, manipulating the two young lovers into ending their betrothal. Would Nick act the gallant warrior and fight for the woman he loved and was destined to marry?
