Tad Trifles, a minor and rather repugnant character in An Inconvenient Amish Zombie Left Behind The Da Vinci Diet Code Truth, escaped from that novel and wrote this diet and exercise guide that is also at times a memoir and a polemic.

The book, reprinted here in the only authorized edition, features a suspect preface by Boris Lermentov and a verifiable postscript by An Inconvenient Amish Zombie author Tom Smucker, explaining the legal and literary circumstances that led to the publishing of the book.
