Fourth-Graders Don't Believe in Witches

Seeing is Believing!

When Allan's new neighbor, Mrs. Mullins, tells him she's a witch, he's convinced she's teasing him. (Or else she's crazy!) It wouldn't be the first time that someone teased Allan—at school horrible Jennifer Swanson does it all the time.

Then Allan begins to suspect that Mrs. Mullins is telling the truth. For one thing, his Cubs cap has started flying around the room —on its own! But it takes a lot of crazy surprises, including a mountain of green jelly rolling around Mrs. Mullins's house, before Allan admits that he's one fourth-grader who does believe in witches!
