Floods of Tears

Helaine adored Mell and was going to spend the rest of her life with him. Mell and Helaine had finally made it and were going to retire to a life in Spain. They had their own villa and enough money in the bank to live out the rest of their lives comfortably, grasping at the chance to spend the quality time together that they had both strived for. Then the worst nightmare that could possibly happen did.Helaine was let down by the man she loved through infidelity,betrayal and disloyalty. Her marriage, her home, love and security was in jeopardy. No explanations of why Mell held her and her family with such contempt when he had only ever been given love and friendship from them all. Hull had been a victim of the floods. The elements that particular day were not selective when choosing it's victims. The family pulled together and remained strong for Helaine. She makes it on her own and succeeds in reinventing herself.
