Poppy Bright is a nurse at New York Hospital Center in Manhattan tending to a critically ill patient who has been in ICU for some time and is finally on the mend. He's a man without a memory, no home and no one waiting for him. He pulls every heart string Poppy has and against her will and her professional ethics, she finds she can't let him be released out into the street without any support.
