      About This Book

      Flicka, Ricka, and Dicka are going wild-strawberry picking. Mother is going to pay them for every basket they gather. When they stop at a cottage along the way, they meet Mary, her baby brother, and Mary's mother. Mary and her family are very kind, but have patches on their clothes and no milk to drink.
