Former stunt pilot, Flynn Russell has found his calling - flying low and slow over remote wildfires. Diving in to battle forest fires from the air is just his speed.Natural wildfires are raging out of control. Years of fire prevention programs have left huge stores of timberland which fuel massive burns. Brave teams of wilderness firefighters assemble to combat the infernos from land and air. Among them are the skilled pilots, flying military surplus airplanes, converted to water-bombers. With newer technology and the phasing out of the post-war air-tankers, these vintage aircraft and specialized aviators may soon become obsolete.
