Chip and his buddies make the college team, but trouble soon arrives when a State teammate loses control of both his notorious temper and his fastball, leading the team into an awful slump, one even Coach Rockwell may not be able to turn around. When an ardent State University baseball fan faces losing his daughter and his farm, Chip and Fireball Finley team up to provide a glimmer of hope while trying to salvage their own waning season. Can Chip pull his team from despair and inspire them to become the best bunch of "fence Busters" in the game?
