Felicia Kershenbaum has a knack for recognizing things that are wrong — and she has no qualms about voicing her opinions to anyone within earshot. She's well on her way to alienating all of her family members and friends before her mother explains the difference between destructive and constructive criticism. Felicia vows from then on to offer only suggestions for improvement. But when the well-intentioned lists she hands to the crossing guard, her sister Marilyn, and her aunt land her in more hot water than ever, Felicia decides to button her critical lip forever.
