About This Book
This is a story about LISA MORGAN, a beautiful 17 year old junior at Shawnee Mission West High School. Lisa is a petite, blond cheerleader growing up with a single mother, DIANE. Lisa had asked her mother many times about her birthfather, but that was the only subject she wouldn't talk about. Lisa and her boyfriend DAN BROWN find out the hard way about Lisa's family when they make a 150 mile road trip from Overland Park, Kansas to Versailles, Missouri. A trip that ends up at a hunting cabin on the Lake of the Ozarks where people are shot, wounded and killed. Sheriff Berry is called to the scene and sends out a nationwide manhunt for the unknown assailant. Lisa finds out that she could inherit her birthfathers estate if she can convince a judge that she is his biological daughter. The estate consists of two tracks of land, one is 600 acres of farmland and the other 30 acres of lakefront property. Lisa has to hire an attorney to help her out with all of her legal issues. There is an old murder solved, two new murders solved, drugs and drug money, priceless paintings, fancy boats, an unexpected pregnancy, a new life for many that comes with happiness and love and three bodies found in graves that remains a mystery .
