An Identity… The one thing young Tabitha Miller felt she did not possess. An adopted child brought up in a white family, she always knew she was different. She desperately wanted to know the truth of her lineage, her mother, her father… who was she?
Her questions would soon be answered, as the family embarks on an excursion down Interstate 95 on their way to Florida. They are waylaid after a horrific accident and coerced to stay at an old plantation by a strange African American male. The horrors this house unravels will define Tabitha, and tell exactly who she is, and where she came from. But she and her family must survive the night if she is going to gain anything from that knowledge. Unfortunately, the restless spirits of the Jesup Plantation aim to see that they do not.
